Default Revamp My interior....

I really wanna fix up my interior... the leather has quite a few small tears, and the carpet is pretty worn.... I dont really think I want to replace all the CARPET... but that left foot rest for an automatic is apsolutely trashed from a previous owner (he had only one left leg he remounted a gas pedal thing that REALLY tore up the carpet down there....) So what are some cheap ideas for the seats and leather... I also need to do some fiberglass work to create better mounts for my speakers... You dont wanna see how theyre in there now... Anyone have any ideas on ANY of this?

I am in the process of doing the same to my 91 red interior. The Red is a bit faded and inconsistent throughout the interior, and the driver side rug is a bit worn. What I have done so far is:

Replace the sills with new black ones ($69.99 from Ecklers) Put new black mats front and rear, replace the lower rug on the door with black vinyl, and the rug on the upper door ( Speaker enclosure look-alikes? ) with Red vinyl. I also did the underside of the dash panels with the red vinyl. Now I am going to try to dye the rug black. If it doesnt work, I will have to buy some new stuff ( Pricey! ). I also put a wheelskin red\black cover on the wheel which looks and feels good, and a Red shifter boot to replace the worn out black one. Flirting with a Carbon dash\door panel kit, but they are pricey, might use Red Laquer? Dont know yet. Also thinking about repainting the Halo or covering it.
The seats will be re-dyed the original Red to bring them back to life. Can do that myself for about $30.
Rugs are not cheap for this car! If anyone has experience changing rug or dying it, please let me know. Especially Red int.

Howd the vinyl turn out? And whered you get it? I would REALLY like to add a touch or red to my interior as well as replace some of the carpeting... I just dont know about those rugs... I know I dont want to pull the seats soon. I just today pulled the center console dash pieces and changed from gray to black... I dont know how itll turn out since the buttons and what not are gray but hey most people wont notice and will think it looks better. I also pulled off the old sticker that read "245 HP 345 TQ " :) That no longer applies.... Anyone know of where I can get one of these custom made (Can be seen in Ecklers, the little labels on the cup holder cover....)
