I was wondering if any one know exactly what angle that bend is on the stock mufflers.?
And then if they have a pair of eliminators they did not put on yet, can you figure out the angle used on that bend
It may be different because stock the muffler turns at the tips, so with the eliminator it may be a longer or different angle to make up the difference.

All the mufflers and elim kits I see seem to come loose on the drivers side. Makes me wonder if they are at different angles but the aftermarket doesn't know this, or perhaps its just the aftermarket rear Y pipes that are crap. If you install them cockeyed slightly the clamps will keep coming loose.
I'd take your car into the exhaust shop and have it done there. That's the only way to guarantee a perfect fit. That's what I did after dicking around with it forever. And I got them welded in place too.

What he said. I just bough a set of muffler elims and followed the directions for measuring and installing. Did not turn out well. I will be going to an exhaust show and getting custom work done. BTW... the elims are brand new from a well-known Corvette supplier and are already showing surface rust on the tips!
I HATE having to redo work, esp. when I paid $$$$$ for the pre-made elims in the first place.
Go to an exhaust shop and save yourself the hassle.
i bought elims from corvettecentral and its still was not good fit and my exhaust shop had to do fab and welding, just take to exhaust shop and they will use thier own pipes just supply them the exhaust tips of ur choice and they will weld it. This is the cheaper way and do not buy from CCexhaust. But they sound good though, love my elims.

I just got a SS X-pipe from magnaflow from a local speed shop that I was going to use to replace the center resonator on my 92. It is 3" and I was wondering where would be a good place to buy mandrel bent 3 inch pipe to build an exhaust system from the X-pipe back?

Buy the widest radius mandrel 3" U or J bends from Summit. Your exhaust shop can cut sections out of these as needed to make the bends and weld them in.
