Default tuning advice + dyno scan

1990 ZF6 383, miniram, 224/234/112, 1.52 RR, trickflow 195's, 24lb injectors, EM ceramic long tubes, Rt cats, Corsa, MSD 6AL, wide band,
I am in the middle of tuning using tuner pro RT and autoprom, and I have an issue, just about sorted all of the ve tables usuing VE master and AF is between 14. and 15, so quite pleased there, the problem that I have yet to sort out is..... driving along say 30 mph steady throttle, if I very slightly squeeze the throttle ( to accelerate very slightly, slight incline for example) the AF momentarily goes lean ( AFR =18 + ) just for a second or two then it settles back to 14ish and stays there ( sometimes if the car is hot it will spit back ),
I guess that there is an "enrich" table that needs adjusting but which one is it?

I am new to tuning and I am pleased with what I have managed so far just could do with a little help, below is a print out from the dyno today.

Many thanks in advance.

Curious. Why are you using 24's? FYI. I have a good friend with a 355/MR/GM Fastburn heads/ZZ409. His combo is making 390rwhp, and he is using 42's. I think the main reason why your graph starts to drop off like an L-98 instead of maintaining that nice Miniram curve is due to your fuel injectors. You need at least 36's imo.

I am using 24's because I already had them, having said that I have not done any work on the PE tables as yet and the afr goes lean right about 4800 that is why the power is dropping off, but by the time it gets up to 6500 the afr is dropping back down to 13, this is a work in progress and I only went to the dyno because they were having a power run day ( bit like a GP )
But that is not the problem that I am trying to solve at the moment , I am trying to ascertain what "enrich" table that I have to adjust to get rid of the 2 second lean spot just as I squeeze the throttle.

Thanks in advance

You have to tune AE. The tip-in lean AF is due to not have enough AE..
Start by boosting up "AE delta TPS multi vs Delta TPS". When do you see the lean spot? just when you apply TPS ( fast open the TB ), or 1-2 second after you open the TB?

It happens when I am at steady throttle and I very slightly squeeze the throttle ( to accelerate very slightly, slight incline for example) the AF momentarily goes lean ( AFR =18 + ) just for a second or two then it settles back to 14ish and stays there,

It happens the second that I move the throttle and settles back to 14ish 1 to 2 seconds later.

Many thanks
