C4 Rim/Wheel specs
Hey guys,
First post here, just bought an 89' c4, I love the car!
I'm looking for some new rims for the car, right now the car features factory rims. I'm wondering what type of a set up should I go with on the rims (what size's will fit)? I'm brand new to the corvette family and have no idea what sizes this 89' will take.
Would the 89' take a 18 x 9.5' set up (rear) with a 17 x 9.5 set up (front) Or should I be thinking other sizes for this particular year? Is it ok to go with the larger to smaller set up for this year or should I stick with the same size rim all around?
I've searched through much of the forum questions already and found nothing really addressing the size of rims/wheels etc. Sorry if this has been asked before.

16, 17, 18 will fit, make sure the offset is correct for your car... try TomZWheels.com for tire & rims, good price.
also: You say you did a search, well also search and found a bunch of posts on tires and rims, offset, sizing, include archive posts in your search...
