I bought an 86 with the TPI removed and a standard manifold and carb. I've posted on all the other stuff and recieved excellent respones.
One more question. I've found all the plugs for everything on the manifold but can't seem to find the MAF plug. What harness does it come from? right bank, left bank, front of car, left or right side. How many wires? Diagrams show 5, is this correct? I checked for an hour today trying to find it.
maf plug goes down the upper right valve cover near the injector wires. The connector is a strange little plug with the 5 wires, and have smaller pins/sockets. it will be a little longer, and kind of hang out there. I'ts possible that the previous owner could have run thm down the left side, and /or cut the connector off.

Is it wound in with the injector harness? Nothing else on the car was cut.I don't see him cutting just that plug. But you never know. Is it black like everything else?
