Grinding in neutral

Grinding in neutral
91 ZF6 just started grinding in neutral when the car is rolling and my foot on the clutch (completely disengaged). It feels like (to me) that the shifter isn't centered anymore and its pushing on 4th gear when in neutral. Anybody ever have this happen?
