I have a 93 Vette, and I wanted to take the top off, since it was a nice day outside, I got one bolt off, but not the other, it would not come out, so I just stopped messing with it, and screwed the boly back in, now my roof rattles like Crazy!, I both bolts are on tight!

If you can get the bolts out, run a tracer to clean up the threads and use some PB blaster while your tracing them.
Should help get then out the next time easier.
Just a thought, are you attempting to remove a perspex type roof panel or a body coloured original roof panel.
I have both and noticed the other day that my perspex one rattles, never heard it before and found that the bonding between the roof frame and the perspex was coming apart and the panel was rattling due to air coming into the car when going over 60 mph, the bonding is similar to the polyurethane glue that is used to intall the windshield,
this may not be the same fault, but it is worth checking, my car is a 1996 coupe, don't know if this is a common problem.
