sounds like your on your way, yes with bolt onm 300 RWHP is attainable, but i will leave the L98 crew here up to directing you on what they found have worked best!

Really depends on what you consider bolt-on's.
Heads/Cam is a bolton.
If you don't want to touch the long block at all, take a look at my signature for some mods.
