Default 300 HP at the wheel,

What to do ? I whant 300 hp at the wheels. Can i do this with just bolt ons?

sounds like your on your way, yes with bolt onm 300 RWHP is attainable, but i will leave the L98 crew here up to directing you on what they found have worked best!

Really depends on what you consider bolt-on's.

Heads/Cam is a bolton.
