Ok thought everything was fine- last 2 days started and idled great. Took it out for a 20 minute ride and it ran great. Came home and after it sat for 10 minutes- it started then stalled. Would not start again. Tried unplugging the injector trick- wouldnt start. Unplugged injector on passenger side near firewall- started and ran really rough. plugged it back in and it started and ran horrible- sputtering- backfiring- then stalled. Seems it is definetly electrical- should I try cleaning all the injector connectors and put some electrical grease on them? Could the ecm be bad? When it ran great today- it was flying and idling perfect at all the stops. What electrical things can I test?
Started up great today and took it out for 20 minute ride. Came home, 1/2 hour later car would not start. Unplugged injector on driver side near firewall and it started right up and ran smooth. So I spray electrical spray at all the injector connectors and changed the fuel pump relay tonite- Guess another test drive tomorrow and see if it starts after I come back- One question- when I changed the ignition miodule, I forgot to put the grease on the plate like they instruct you too- Would this cause hot starting problems?
FUEL PUMP !! FUEL PUMP!!- first part I bought and last part I changed ! Real easy job- new one in- starts right up time and time again! Runs great- hope this really was it as car meets start this weekend ! Thanks everyone for the help !!
