Guys,

My brackets are in about another 3-4 inches from the stock mounts....as seen below plus are much longer than the stock ones ...they go all the way to the wall behind the seats...the longer they are the less each hole makes a difference....in other words it allows for finer adjustments- that is why I opted to do it the way I did......PLUS I have about 3-4 inches more under the wheel well for tires if necessary.

The wishbone not very easily seen the before photos is mounted to a single point in the rear of the car to a crossmember, and then goes up to the rear axle tubes and mounts in two locations there.

I will try to get some better photos, should have taken the camera to the dealership to get some while it was up on the lift....

The entire setup looks killer from behind the car.....it looks like the car is all about BUSINESS!

They are going to be having some "drive in flashlight drags" in a neighboring town that all cars must be driven in and be legal - I might have to drive in and see what sorta fun I can have there. Might have to lay down some wagers and sandbag it

Any pictures of how you secured the transmission to the car? I'm assuming you removed the C beam?

The transmission is held in place be a crossmember I fabbed up. You can see the side tabs that hang down off the side if you look closely at the side picture. I suspect that I will do a more permanent inside the car setup this winter, but did not want to tear the entire car apart now....figure I can tear the inside apart this winter and put a full cage in the car to make it 9s legal this winter while doing the crossmember again. For now it will get me by.

The rear was 63" wide, and yeah i have 33 spline axles and a full spool with 4.10 gears.

Drove the car tonight with the guy I bought my house from; he comes out and does my lawn work Anyways, the car drive beautiful - absolutely straight as an arrow even under hard acceleration - you should have seen the guys face when I started to get on it

Did some burnouts from about 40mph and the car did one of them sideways kickouts and grabs real hard and the thing is ROCK solid.....I want to push it a little and inspect things real good to make sure things are holding....thus far it looks great. (the messing around was being done off the on a one way road, well out in the country - its an access road for gas wells - just so some don't get the idea I was screwing around out on the street )

Very pleased with the way the car runs and handles with the solid rear, IMHO the car feels like its more solid and handles better now than ever before.
