ok so im going to be ordering either the 211/219 or the 219/219 cam from lpe and im not sure what springs and other little parts i need to get,and also be adding 1.6 rr.1996 lt1

Isn't that cam more of an L98 cam? What made you choose it? You would want a bigger cam IMO. The LT4 springs are good but may not be all of what you need. I would talk to your engine builder. I would imagine the prices at LPE are very high, you can find springs from other places at low prices.
