Grease Type for U-Joints

?????Grease Type for U-Joints
Hello Forum
Im getting ready to tackle the job of puttiing brand new NEAPCO "non grease fitting" U-Joints on my Rear axle shaft and I notice on the clip package it say to grease U-joint before install.
What type of grease is the "best and type" to use and do I just put a glob into the caps??
Remember these are Non Grease fitiing U-joints " no zerks"
