Rattle and Warning Buzzer

Rattle and Warning Buzzer
Hello - My forst post on here and I have a real interesting situation. I am getting a rattling over bumps which is coming from the passenger dash, behind (above?) the fuse panel area. I can not locate the actual item rattling, I had the glove box out and the lower dash panel out and I could not figure it out.
When I went for a drive, I had the glove box removed along with the light disconnected (for the glovebox) and after getting back I noticed when I opened the door (keys out) there was a warning buzzer. Not the "ding ding" like when the keys are in the ignition, or when the lights are left on, but a buzzer. it seems to be coming from the passenger vent area and only comes on when the door is open. Even with the key out.
So I have 2 annoying noises coming from the passenger area, can anyone suggest some fixes, or steer me in the right direction?

I cannot help with the Rattle, BUT, the BUZZ is the relay/timer that shuts the lights off after X seconds. If you look in your fuse panel there are 2 fuses for interior lights. 1 of them is blown, I cannot remember exactly but 1 is like 5 amps and the other is like 20. I do not remember which 1 causes the buzz either.
I should have thought of that.
