Bad steering rack, again???

Bad steering rack, again???
Hello. Ok I have a 87 4+3 Z51 car. Ive had the car for a few months now and I just put a rack in about a month ago. I got the car and the rack had the morning sickness and felt alittle loose. Also when you would move the steering wheel it would move a few inches before the tires would move(engine Off). There was also a clunk comming from the rack. So I went ahead and changed the rack and took it to the shop for a Alignment. all the problems I had were gone and the car drove stright and the steering was real tight.
So today, a month latter and a few hundred miles later I think the rack is bad again. Im driving home and i have to fight the steering wheel to keep it stright. Car wants to pull hard to the right. The front of the front tires are point out and the clunk in the rack is back and its loose again. The steering shaft looks good and moves with the steering wheel. Sound like a bad rack???? Maybe there is a better rack out there??? The rack I got was from the "zone".
outter tie rods look good as do the wheel hubs. maybe I just got cheap crappy parts. Thanks in advance, Dave
