I have done a search of the forum and found nothing under Code 32?? But I know I have read it on this forum somewhere???---I have just installed a true dual exhaust on my 86 C4 Coupe--and now I have a Code 32 on my Service Engine Soon light??? Book says its either atmospheric?? or ERG valve???---Any insight???
A quick study of that diagram may indicate a simple vaccuum leak??? When we took off the old exhaust we cut the fresh air coming down to the old factory CAT--that shouldn't effect it----this code has only just come on sinse we cut off the old 2 into 1 into 2 system and went with 2 mini CAT's and seperate pipes???? Is this ERG valve up top in the engine bay???--I will have to dig out my Clymer publication and have a look.
The valve is under the plenum but the switch is on attached to the tube that runs from the pass. exhaust manifold to the plenum. Look on the shiny tube and you will see it with a wire hanging out of it on the top
