With experience, I'm 90% sure it's your EGR valve. If you take a 'Vette with a good EGR valve and cause it to toggle manually, the car will idle over 1000 - 1200 RPM.
Check your TPS voltage. It should be at .54v closed throttle and as you slowly open the throttle plates, the voltage should not stumble and increase to >4v but not more than 5v ....at WOT. I believe there is a tech tip for this and if not, check vader86's website.
This sensor sends voltage to the ECM and is very important to idle and drivability.

Are you getting any codes?
im getting tps low voltage code, but it is exaclty .54v. how can i check the egr valve? can i disconnect the vacuum line and drive the car?

im getting tps low voltage code, but it is at .54v, i did hook it up to a multimeter and check for any splits in the tps, seems fine but would be a lot easier if i had a scope to display a graph.
i dont know how or when this happened, but last night i was checking fuel pressure again/, and with the key on, there is no pressure/fuel pump will not turn on!!!, however the pump runs when there is 38 psi when 12v is applied to terminal G. this problem has just recently started!!! fuse is still good.
Incase anyone was wondering..... the car is fixed know and runs great!
The problem: previous owner had a problem with the R bank injectors, i guess a wire was corroded or something so he or she ran a jumper wire to the fuse box to fix the problem. So i had some confusion on what purpose the wire had served, at the same time spark plugs were getting wet because of the wire disconnected and the timing was off. Thanks to all who helped and tried to help
