I've done several, it's not that technical, but can be a pain in the *** getting at some of the bolts, and getting it aligned up. Figure 4-5 hrs for the first time. You might have to shave the plastic "egg-crate" backing to get the bumper to fit on the bottom. All the bolts should line up. This is assuming the REAR bumper. The front is alot more difficult to align, but again the mounting spots are all the same, but you have to use the complete front asm. all the old parts (lamps, backing, etc won't work.)
