Injector constant ?
A question for the chip burning gurus:
I have changed the injectors in my 86 to the Accel 23 lbs ones. This works fine for the most part, but it will run a bit rich in open loop (by the smell anyways) and the fuel milage gauge is a bit off as this calculates based on injector pulse width. So what I'm thinking is to get a chip burned with a changed injector constant to compensate for the larger injectors. Will this help in open loop ? Will this change the calculation of the fuel milage ?
I know I could compensate a bit by installing an AFPR but I think this will be a good project for me to look into the possibility of burning my own chips....
