Default Video: Help with sound 84

I had gotten my new heads and cam installed. Seems to run fine but I can't tell what this sound is, its a ticking noise and I don't remember the injectors being this loud. I was thinking maybe a rocker might be to tight? I figure I will let you guys look and listen and tell me your thoughts.
TIA

It sounds like noisey lifters to me (loose), not injectors. I'd go back through them after hot and adjust them. What cam did you go with and is it a roller or hyd flat tappet?

I went with the 2040 cam flat tappet. I didn't think it was injectors either. And I never thought about the lifters.

It sounds kinda "deep" toned to be lifters (actually rocker arms) IMO, but that could be just the poor sound quality of the video. If it just started after the head/cam swap, then 99.9% probability it's either the rocker arms clacking due to loose adjustment, or an exhaust leak at the head(s).

Heres another video. Little bit better quality just don't turn the volume up to max. About half way seems to be pretty good. I am going to retighten the header bolts but as of yet don't see a leak.

That video seems a lot better.

It sounds like just a simple re-adjustment of the valves and you'll be good to go.
