PKE Trouble
Hi There, I am new to this forum. I was hoping for some help with my 1996 C4. It's the Convertible Collector's edition if that's relevant. Since taking it out this year, I have been stranded three times. It's here at home now and it will start at times and not at others. I don't dare use it anymore. The only thing different this year is that it has a new battery. I believe it's the PKE. All the lights come on, it looks ready to go, turn the key and no crank. Wait a half hour and it might or might not start. It does this with both keys. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
