Default Code 32, A/C causes it??

I pulled the codes and all i got was 32. Running the A/C is what triggers it. I think the 32 has something to do with the EGR but I put a new EGR valve on it last year, I've also read about an EGR switch????

Any help would be appreciated

You really need to follow the service manual procedure for your year to get it straightened out. The a/c shouldn't have any bearing on your EGR system. See if you can track down Agent86, I'm pretty sure he has the code 32 sheet you need scanned where you can print it out. In the meantime, order yourself a manual. www.helminc.com

Might be that A/C is making your temps go up, to where EGR activates, and you just think that A/C is the cause.

32 simply means (while cruising) that the temp switch didn't ground when EGR was commanded by the ECM. It could be a bad switch or the wiring to that switch or the ECM or the solenoid and it's wiring; it could have an air leak at the EGR valve; it could be a hole or break in the vacuum line(s) - most probable; or a hole in EGR tube before the switch or at the header, and it might be that the a/c compressor so overloads the engine to the point that there's nothing left to open the valve (hardly probable unless it's stalling) OR something in the compressor wiring is keeping voltage on the Temp Switch signal. Start troubleshooting by checking the vacuum lines - especially where it Tees into the Charcoal Canister. The switch is best checked with a scanner, but if you don't have one you can disconnect it and make sure there's voltage on it. If so, ground it to the manifold and then check voltage at the ECM, Pin C15. That voltage should have dropped to 0. Then, and with it running, crank on the a/c and recheck it while it's grounded. If the voltage returns, the hot side of the a/c compressor is shorted to the temp switch.
