LT1 Editor really help?
My car is at the shop getting the Vortech installed (the wait is killing me!) and I was wondering if I now need to join the ranks of those who program their cars. I'm PC proficient but PCM ignorant. For those of you who use LT1 editor or some other device to program their cars: what parameters are useful and what should be avoided? I've heard about changing shift points, recalibrating the speedo, but can these things really be learned by the newbie like me without doing more damage than good? :conehead
