Default Superram Compatibility with Stock Components?

I'm installing a SR on my 86 with a Big Mouth manifold. Do I need to change out any of the stock components (distributor, thermostat housing, throttle cable bracket, etc.) due to fitment issues?

It's been awhile since I had the SR, but I will give it a shot.
Distributor - no change
throttle cable - no change
Throttle cable bracket - SR specific, not the original - angles are different on cables.
Thermostat housing - no change, I think

Can I buy a throttle cable bracket? Do I make one from scratch?
I thought I'd read that when attached to the SR, the throttle body fouls with the stock thermostat housing. Not so?
Thanks for the input.

I used a stock style distributer, throttle cable and thermostat housing on my 88. I don't know if the 86 is the same. Here's a photo, hope it helps.

Yes you can buy a throttle cable bracket for the s/r....I would call Accel, LPE, or search the for sale forums on various gm car boards.

The thermostat body is the miniram "issue." You just bypass the coolant flow through the throttle body and chop a piece of the lower t/b cover plate off (forget exact name). But of course this is part of the miniram installation process.

The Accel part number is 74200 for the Super Ram Throttle bracket.
or Summit part # ACC-74200.
On my install I have rotated the distributor 180* so that the "bulging" part of the dist. is easier to get to (as in tach and power leads). I just created a notch cutout on the dist. with a dremel. Works great.

The 180° rotation is a good advice..
I have a 90. I haven't changed the Throttle bracket with the Superram specific...
I never suspected even the existance...

Someone with a pic of the ACC-74200 bracket installed?
The difference with the stock one is related to the different routing of the TV cable?--
With the stock one, the TV cable has a bend that I really don't like it..

So the 74200 bracket applies to both auto / manual transmissions? My man trans car has both the throttle cable and the cruise control cable.
