NGK Plugs

Looking at summit catalog for NGK plug's I've seen posted in forum...if I'm not mistaken, folks are calling them NGK55's.....don't see this in catalog (on line) even tho they stock about 10 or 12 NGK plugs......does anyone have the exact part number? Also, what are you gapping them at for L98?

TR55 is the model number... 55 stands for .055 gap. I know LT1's are .050, dunno about the L98.. probably the same.. someone here will tell ya for sure.

TR 55's are the ones for the LT-1/LT-4. Not sure on the L-98.

1994 NGK master catalog shows L98 to be FR4 gapped at .035. That is for aluminum heads. Cast Iron heads show a UR4 plug still gapped at .035.

They still make them! We have a case of them in stock. Let me know if I can help you.

PS FR4/UR4 is correct. We have FR4's in stock. If you need the UR4's it will be Wednesday before I have them in stock. :)
