86 Roadster Carpet Dye?
A couple of years ago I replaced the carpets in my 86 roadster. They still look great with only 2500 miles since replacement and no rain or foul weather. However, here in the Carolinas we usually have the top down from March to the end of December and as such I have started to notice some mild fading of the graphite carpeting on the top of the high panel just behind the seats. As you know this seperaor panel sits rather high and attracts alot of VERY HOT direct Carolina sun.
So, after that lengthly description, can anyone recommend a carpet dye that I could successfully apply to this fading area?
Any help you can give me here will be greatly appreciated.

I used this to turn my interior from old faded gray door panels and carpet, into a fresh black interior. Everything came out looking brand new.
Some parts stores and hardware stores carry it.
The floor matt below is a new black mat. As you can see, the painted carpet and matt look the same.
