I've seen something similar on an Auto-X Ray scanner before and it turned out it was configured for the wrong year car. Something simple to check just in case! I have an Actron scanner for mine and it will read both the flow rate of the MAF and the step count for the IAC.

I just checked the resistance on my IAC connector and they fell within the 40-80 ohm range.
I don't know of any other way to see if that sucka is ACTUALLY working or not. Even after I solve this one mystery I've still got to find out why I'm not getting a MAF reading.
