Default Wheel upgrade

Birthday is just around the corner and the usual question," What do you want?"...
I am considering wheels for my 92 LT1 convertible and wondering if I can go with 11" on the front & rear with my (new) 275/40ZR-17... Car sits low to the ground and wondering if anyone has used 11's on the front..
I now have factory sawblades... I don't want to use any spacers if possible...
Thanks,

With 275's all around I'd go w/ a 9.5" wheel front & rear.

11" wide wheels are just too wide for a 275 tire. It would be pretty hard to stretch the sidewalls to get them to pop over the bead on the rim and then the sidewalls woud be at an angle that could cause excessive heat buildup due to flexing.

When the 11" wheel was used on Corvettes, ZR-1's and Grand Sport coupes) the tire size was a 315/35. That's the recommended size for the 11x17 wheel.
