Super Ram install
I picked-up a super ram and what to install on my 85. I was planning on doing a cam swap and possibly cleaning up the heads. The engine will be coming out to be cleaned and fresh gaskets installed.
I have installed a 6 speed. Complete exhaust system. Stock manifolds.
can anybody recommend a cam that will work with the computer? I have new Accel 24 lb injectors and some other basic mods.

If you change the cam, you need to have a custom chip made.
If you dont, it wont run well. If youre adding a SR, then keeping a cam that will work with the stock programming will be a huge waste of your money. So dont even call comp and ask them "what will work with my computer"....the question indicates misunderstanding. You can go radical or mild, and the chip is needed either way.
I would go with the Accel 74213, or something similar.
