Pretty straight forward as long as you have the two screw holes for the bracket under the driverside upper fenderwell, the bottom bracket bolts to the front lower fenderwell. Won't work on an 84.

i went completely opposite
on my 1991 vette, i fitted up a straight bar r&d racing 84 model camber brace as i removed the air cond and didnt need the curved camber brace.
any way i couldnt then fit my standard power steering resovoir so then i had to buy a 1985 model up right resovoir and fit it further across on the left hand side.
that fixed that problem, but then i could close the hood properly due to the gas strut in the way.
so now i have purchased a scissor hood type prop and will fit that to the right hand side back where the early cars have them.
i guess thats what happen when you start moding things,one problem after the other.
oh well,she will be rite
