Great news, Chuck. I'm glad you found the problem. I had a little problem with the 92 tonight. The ignition coil pooped out on me in town. These damn cars.
The 02 cross counts shows a problem, too, if it's stuck at 0. That number should consistently climb then re-cycle and start over again.
Is the 02 Mv reading remaining stick at 308? It, too should continuously cycle from about 100 to 8/900. Eveytime the reading crosses 450 the cross count number should increase by 1.
Another thing with the IAC. You wont get a code. You need to check the IAC with a meter to ensure it is good. The data logger only shows what the IAC is being told to do, not what it is doing. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1749693

It may well be doing just that but my scanner is not advanced enough to show variation. Example being the idle, it only showed 925 when in fact it was starting to idle down. At least that's the best explanation I can give with my very limited knowledge. All I know is that it's running just fine now. Thanks
As mentioned in my email you are one of the few that have shown you are a true "vetter".
All too often what you had going on is the problem with doing chips/tunes for people. The tunes are based on everything working properly and everything functioning as it should be. If one thing (in your case the fuel pump) is not working as it should it throws everything into a tailspin.
All too ofter people want to assume that everything is perfect on their cars (have YET to find a car that is) and blame the tune or want it retuned to fix a problem that is being caused by the mechanical problem. In some instances the tune can't bandaid the problem - and you end up in a endless tailspin of redoing chips for people.
This thread is a great example of the owner of the car having the persistance to find the ROOT cause and tracking it down.
