In my L98 throttle seems to be sticking at a high rpm (1500-3200+) I can goose it out if i put the clutch in and tap the gas??? the pedal is not the prob. NEED HELP thanks guys

If it's mechanical, it's either the throttle cable itself, or your throttle body.
Operate the cable by hand, does it feel like it's catching anywhere?
Take a look inside the throttle body? Is it carboned up? Is the throttle linkage catching?
On my '85, the throttle would stick (it was the throttle cable causing it), but it was only stick when I was pulling out, not while I was driving.
