Dash Lights
I have a friend who has a 94 C4. All her dash lights have gone out at the same time. Anybody had this problem and what is the fix? No warranty, so she does not want to waste money on electrical parts she does not need. Thanks in advance for any and all help on this problem! :yesnod:

I had a similar problem on my '93. By moving the sliding dimmer lever I could get them to work, however. The dash lights are a part of the headlight
switch, and it must be replaced as a unit. By posting on the C4 Parts page I located someone who would sell me a used one for $50, but I sold the car and did not replace it. Replacing is not real easy.

I have fixed the same problem on numerous Vettes and it has always been the headlight switch internals. The dash along with the dimmer controls are housed in the headlight switch. For many reasons they go out on a regular basis and need replacement. I have to agree with the prior post, it sounds like the head light switch unit.
