HELP with stubborn bolt!
I'm trying to replace my injectors in my 89. Everything is off almost except the front passenger side bolt that holds the fuel rail down. It got it's points rounded and now I don't have what I need to get it out. The runners are still in and you can't go straight down to get at it. There is only about a 1 inch clearance between the bolt and the runner, so it will have to be from the side. Would anyone have a quick and easy way of getting that loose? If I have to buy it, so be it, I just want to get it moving.

Get that runner loose, get your torx on a long extension, and pound the hell out of it with a hammer to get a good fit. Slowly turn it while hitting it good and hard with a hammer.

I would soak that bolt with PB blaster or your favorite penetrating oil then use one of those nifty rounded bolt head tools sears sells. Also I would loosen the runner to get a straight shot at the bolt head.
Worst case scenario I would use vise grips and a hammer.
