High Idle Problem

After installing a set of the new Accel 24lb fuel injectors in my ’90 coupe, I have been having a problem w/ high idle (about 1100 rpm). I used the Sam Lam method to install the new injectors, and all new gaskets. I do have a AFPR, and it is set to 42 lbs at start up, 38 at idle. I know everyone is thinking vacuum leak, but believe me, I have checked everything attached to the plenum about five times, all is normal.
I think my problem is either the IAC is bad, or the injectors are leaking were they go into the manifold. Reasons…
I did the IAC check, jumped A/B, turned the key on, wait 30 seconds, turn off key, remove jumper, disconnect IAC, start car. Idle starts at 1100, idles up to 2000 rpm.
With car running, sprayed some TB cleaner at meeting point of manifold and injectors, seamed to lower idle slightly, but after I shut the car off, I noticed that there were black specks on the garage floor were the injector spray leaked or had been sucked into the engine.
Is this normal? I would think this should not happen. I used the O rings that came w/ the injectors.
Thanks in advance.
