I have this weird "clunk" noise coming from the engine. When i take it for a drive and come to a stop there will be a few "clunk" type noises coming from motor. It's a loud clunk and only happens 3 or 4 times then stops. It doesn't happen while im driving but only when i come to a stop. I doesnt matter if im in neutral or in gear. This has been happening for a while and i cant figure it out. It doesnt seem to affect the way the car runs or anything but it's bothering me. Anyone have any ideas?

come on, someone has to help me. I cannot figure out what it is. And it is starting to really bother me...

I'll jump in.... just a thought.... front wheel bearings?
I had a clunk noise sometimes to and ended up being the bearings.

I appreciate the suggestion. But it is when the car is fully to a stop, so i dont think it could be the wheel bearing.

Also, it is not a consistant noice. It doenst happen at specific time intervals, totally random. I have no idea what it is!! It donest sound good though.
