90 with a surging idle
Full tune up with intake gakets also, Now I have a surging idle when in closed loop. Runs great when first started and in open loop but as soon as it hits closed loop I get an extremely hard, surging idle...feels as if it has a broken motor mount.
Integrator drops to 85 and then snaps back to 128, BL is at 108.
Map is around 150 to 160
Timing seems to jump around but it still does it with EST disconnected.
Exhaust has been removed and studs cleaned as with the O2 sensor boss..has a new O2 in it also.
Injector balance is good, all 8 drop 10 psi. All ohm around 16 when cold but hot I get some crazy readings..some around 10 others around 26 but I checked drop both hot and cold with the same results.
Disconnected EGR vacuum line and it didn't change.
Disconnected O2 grounded and applied voltage and the computer did respond with appropriate integrator and BL readings.
Injector pulse is around 1.48 I believe.
I think I have the integrator,BL resolved by adjusting TPS and idle screw, throttle body has been scrubbed clean.
I am leaning towards injectors but would like to assure myself its the issue before hittin him with 1000 dollars worth of injectors.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated................
