Default re: datamaster question ?

Hi , I'm having a problem with datamaster. Each time I run a new file , I seem to have a DTC error, a different error each time as well a ASR light on the car control panel. AS soon as i hook up the computer to the car, the ASR light comes on in the car control panel. I then make the data run and come up with a DTC error. I have had the car retuned or refined each of three times. The DTC errors one for each different data runs are as follows.
1. DTC -MALF 43 esc fail.
2. DTC -MALF 18 injector circuit fail.
3. DTC -MALF 32 EGR system fault.
These errors are not set anywear and when I check using tuner cat in the bin files , these do not show up.
As I have not the faintest idea of what I'm doing, does this appear to be possible or am I just barking up the wrong tree? Any and all comments are welcome. Thanks, Earl.

Im having a similar problem with my 90 and Datamaster. Datamaster sets off code 33 which is the MAP sensor, but when I scan the car for codes I get nothing. I'll be watching this thread.

ASR being disabled while running datamaster is normal.

I can't understand what you're saying about DTCs. Are you saying that you have DTCs showing up in the log, or that logging causes an SES and then you read the DTC, or something else? What does "these errors are not set anywhere" mean? And what does tunercat have to do with any of this?

Hi again , thought that there may be some confusion, the DTC codes shown were parts of the data logs. Their were no hard codes set in the ECM. Regarding tunercat, this was my error , I should have said my scanner.

Since there's no SES and no codes in the scanner, I'd ignore it.
