There's a crossover from one head to the other on the rear of each. There's one bolt that goes into a "block" of aluminum and from there into the head, and a tube that runs to the other block/head, etc. This one bolt is crippling me. I can't get it loose for the life of me. Any idea how to break this free? Electrolysis is apparently an issue.
The crossover tube is a biyotch to remove in the car. After removing/installing 2X in the car I've been pulling them on the engine stand (its easier) I use a little bit of anti-seize on the threads during install IOT preclude problems like yours. Since you have one off, I'd remove the head with the line attached and work on it on the bench.
I don't have either off yet. Pain in the ***. Plus, it's raining, so I'll take a break for today, and try again tomorrow.
Oh so you are removing them in the car, I can empathize.
The through bolt is hollow, and the banjo is sealed with a special washer on either side of the banjo, the washers are pricey (I believe they were about 7 bucks a pop) so watch where they fall. I'll post some pics of the assembly in a few minutes, it may help you in the removal process.

I ended up cutting the tube. figures the friggin thing is discontinued though. I gotta find another with good bolts.
The couple of times I did H/C swap in a C4 that tube was the biggest PITA.
Now I just pull the entire engine, with the help of either of my two kids I can get the engine on a stand in an afternoon, reinstallation is just as quick.
If your local salvage yard can't order the tube try Vette to Vette or Dino's corvette salvage
Art's Corvette parts may have it used for your 93 but he still has the 95-96 ones new. I beleive you can buy the newer one and cut it down to work on your 93. (if I my memory is correct on the differences between scranages 92 and my 95....but its been a while ).

i would recommend that you flare the line, and add a fitting in the middle somewhere, so the next time, all you have to do is remove the union in the middle. so don't throw it out, repair it!!!!
that will work also, but you have to put a bulb into the line so the hose won't blow off.
try the tubing bulbers at home depot or lowes, and see if they might be close to the right size to make the tube swell enough to hold the clamp/hose.
