My brakes are working fine on my 88, as fine as Corvette brakes do anyway, but lately over time ai noticed that the one reservoir loses level and the other one gains level. There are no visible leaks and overall I am not losing fluid.
Is it possible that the seal between the cylinder plungers is leaking and allowing fluid to "leak" from one reservoir to the other? Does this mean a new cylinder?
Anyone have any experience with this?

Let me know if you end up finding a rebuild kit. My search has turned up nothing.
Try NAPA it probably a special order but it should be available. Word of caution do not take the reservoir bowls off unless you have to. Getting them back on is a major PIA and almost impossible.
Also...sometimes the is NOS on ebay about same $$ as a rebuild kit.
Auto zone has the rebuild kits for $103. They also have a rebuilt unit for $125, They also have new units for $165. depending on your area.
I bought a rebuilt, and have no problems. and I kept my old one. The core charge was only $20.
When a rebuild kit comes up that's reasonable, I will rebuild it and have a spare.
