correct test procedure for IAC Motor

Default correct test procedure for IAC Motor
I was told and followed the instructions to test my IAC motors by removing them and rehooking them up and turning the key and seeing if they moved which they did not. Does this mean they are not working? I do have juice going through the plug which I tested?

You also have to jumper the A-B terminals in the ALDL.
