Remember that the system will only flow as much as it's "weakest" link. That could be your Air filtering,Throttle Body, MAF, etc. If you have a 700 CFM TB, that's all you're gonna flow.
I doubt you will see any real world difference for the money spent.
If your's is broken and needing replacement, I was told by many people, even a couple Corvette mechanics to go with the OEM MAF as the after market ones just don't last as long, have problems, etc.
