All lights pulsating!

All lights pulsating!
Hi
On my 85 Corvette all the lights seem to be pulsating or flickering with the engine RPM. If I had to guess, I would say they pulsate 1-2 times a second. All the lights....rear running lights, dash lights, interior lights, underhood lights.....they all do this. Any ideas where and what to check? I have cleaned the battery connections and tried jumping a ground cable from the battery to a few differnt points on the vehicle to try and rectify a ground issue. Do all the lights have a common ground point somewhere?

there are some 27 grounding points on a C4. Good luck.
I would start by making sure the alternator is good. It sorta sounds like a dying voltage regulator...
Be sure not only ground is good but hot. Check the power junction box behind the battery.

Classic regulator problems. The regulator is internal to the alternator, so you're probably looking at an alternator.
