bad idle
After I adjusted my throttle cable to get 100% WOT I started having a small idle issue. It sometimes idles too high or up and down from 600rpm to 1000rpm. The TB valves are are just slightly open when it stays around 1000rpm. If I push it with my finger it settles back to the correct rpm. I have not swapped the IAC yet. I will probably pull the TB and clean it. Any recommendations on where or what to grease it with? Where should I look for vacum leaks? Any typical spots where these occur?

Sounds to me like your throttle cable's teflon lining is worn out internally...replace the cable or get a heavier duty or add an extra spring to slap the TB shut.
Mine did the same thing so I added and extra spring to the TB to compensate for it....give the pedal a little better feel too(just a touch stiffer).
