Default Intercooler help

I have a 94 supercharged lt4 and looking to put an intercooler on it. Anybody know of a good one for the car? I'm running a vortec charger setup with 12-15 lbs of boost. Any help would be great. Thanks

No IC, just put water/Meth injection.

What are you doing to get those boost numbers?

I'm running the V-1head unit, the smallest charger pulley and a custom larger crank pulley. It helps for more belt wrap and less slipage. Allthough, i'm having problems keeping the charger from (looks like) bending the mounting brackets and wanting to pull in towards the motor on the outside.i have been looking at water/alky injection, but was looking for something always there and not having to refil.

I'm currently working on sizing a air/water unit due to space constraints. I'll post info once I find out more.

Water alky is awesome and I don't have to refill it often at all. Maybe once every other tank.

It would indeed be much easier to install a methanol injection kit than a good intercooler on a C4. There just is not much room under the hood of these cars. Bob
