Can you describe you bleeding method in detail, maybe some little thing you are doing wrong is stopping it from being totally bled of air.
The first time i bled it i used a Mighty Vac. the second and all other times ive done it the old fashioned way of having my wife pump the clutch while i sit underneath and pop the bleeder. im holding it with the bleeder at the highest point and tapping the cylinder with the wrench to attempt to release any trapped bubbles.

Its the same method ive used on all my motorcycles for years with 0 problems. i just cant figure out why it wont bleed out on this one.

Air wants to rise to the highest point in the system. Holding the slave up may not be the highest point and the bleeder may not also be the highest point so the air stays in the system. Your vacuum way is a good way to bleed a system if you feed hydraulic fluid in at the lowest point and pull a vacuum at the highest point allowing the air to flow from the lowest point to the highest point which is what it attempts to do. My mechanic gave my car back with some air in the clutch and said he could not get it all out. I had a spongy clutch pedal until the 5th morning when it was solid and has been ever since. Apparently the air worked itself to the master cylinder and out.
