install balancer hub?

Are you talking about the hamonic balancer? It is on the front nose of the crank. Under the water pump. If you are Yes they do make a installer. I think most part places would have one. I ordered mine from a magzine.

I used two grade 8 bolts. One stock size and length, and the other about one inch longer. Then used those to reinstall the hub. Start the hub with the longer one, and then tighten with the shorter bolt. Pull the short bolt out, and torque the stock one.

I believe AutoZone loans the installer.
While you're there (should you choose to go), take a look at their big, place-mat looking display that shows all the tools they loan. Could come in handy in the future.
