Easily done with a press and a bearing splitter to remove and find something with the correct inside diameter and length to press back on. Had to do mine when I switched my spindles from 88-96 style to the shorter 84-87 style but still needed the 88-96 reluctors on the shorter spindles for the spindles to fit and the ABS to function.
If you don't have access to these tools you should be able to take your parts to any shop and they should be able to do what you need for a minimal charge, I'd estimate it only took me 10 min to do the entire swap.
Sounds easy gonna do this at work today. The abs is out of the car and the only reason for getting rid of the reluctor is trying to shed that last bit of rotating weight. Thanks for the info.
Update: pressed them out today at work super easy with no problems.
