In an attempt to save a few bucks i pulled the window motor and regulator out and cleaned the years of black hard dirty grease from the tracks and ribbon to see if it works any better (windows would roll up and down, but very slowly).
I now have it cleaned but I am unsure as to what type grease to put back on it.
My options are: regular spray automotive grease (kinda stiff), dilectic grease, or lithium grease. I am leaning toward the lithium personally, what do you think?
Thanks
Rob
PS title should've read regulator, not regular
