Oil temp won't display.
Hi all,
I have a 89 coupe and Im having a problem,when I switch from oil pressure to oil temp, the oil temp always reads (LO) and never gives temperature reading in degrees. Would this be a sending unit or something else? Where would the oil temp sending unit be? Ive ordered a helm's book but it won't be here for a few days. I also did a search and didn't come up with a answer. Thanks WW

Mine has the same problem, oil temp guage never moves. I ordered a new oil temp sensor. I just have to install it. From memory the sending unit is on the block, driver's side by the oil filter.
