Default Coilover advice

Ok, I'm starting to look at a coilover setup on my 92. Anybody on here actually done this and have feedback? Specifically is there a noticeable improvement in handling and ride like they claim? Also, for those that have done it, anyone use the coilover with FX3? Did you stick with the stock FX3 valving or did you get them changed and if so to what specs?

Try running a search, there's a lot of posts on the subject.

Most are too stiff for the street.

The head of the competition committe at CCM has them on his 92.
When I asked how he liked them, he said "depends on the track"

also the shock towers aren't meant to handle the load.

I did exactly what you are talking about. Call Peter ar Rippie. I have the FX3. You will have to have the shocks revalved and make some decisions on the springs. I did the new controller. I do not think you have a choice.
If you are going to do track day events its the way to go. I would not due it just for the street. :flag
